Offline Message


When operator clicks a live chat, but there is no operator online, LiveReception system will direct the visitor to a Off-line Message window. As this:

        If the visitor left a message in this interface, operator can see these messages when he log on.


        Click Offline Message button.


        Choose a message from the offline message list. There is something we can do to this message.


        Reply message interface.

           We can reply the visitor's message by Email (If the visitor left his Email address)


        Handling Message interface. It is more like a mark system.


           Marked Settled, and confirm. Now we can see the message in the list is marked Handled.
